Our recruitment process
Tell us all about you and showcase your skills and experience. You can apply via our Careers site via a really simple form. Make sure you include your CV, the salary that you’re looking for, and if you’d like to include anything else that showcases your experience you can upload additional documents.
If we think you’ve got the skills and experience we’re looking for we’ll invite you along to a first stage interview.
This is usually a 30-minute video call where we can get to know you better, you can ask us questions and we can tell you more about what we do as a business.
We want to make sure you get the best out of our interview process, so if there’s anything you’d especially like to ask us or if you need us to adjust the interview process in any way to help you please feel free to let us know.
If your first interview is successful, we’ll invite you along to a second interview.
At this stage we’ll usually give you an exercise to complete and use the interview to work through the exercise you’ve been given.
We’ll also ask vou some standard interview questions as well as some questions based around our company values.
If all has gone well and you smashed the exercise part of the process, we’ll invite you along to a Final interview. This will usually be with one of our Founders or a member of the Management Team.
This interview will be focused on making sure Peckwater is the right place for you and that we feel you’re right for Peckwater.
There won’t be any exercises in this part of the process, it’s more about assessing cultural fit.
If we think you’d be great for Peckwater we’ll make you an offer and agree on a final package.
