Ritto’s was looking to increase their sales by trying something new. The restaurant could see that fried chicken was popular, but they specialised in beef and grilled chicken burgers. Deep-fried chicken wasn’t part of their remit.
With a lack of resources for menu development, Ritto’s decided to partner with Peckwater Brands. As a result, they were able to expand into other types of cuisine - including crispy, delicious fried chicken.
We introduced virtual brands that maximised their kitchen space while utilising their existing ingredients. As a result, they were able to maximise their kitchen capacity while reducing food waste.
The team at Ritto’s was impressed with the quality of PWB food and the results they were seeing (which included a monthly average added revenue of £13,178). They’re now also running our brands on their sister site.
