The Challenge

With the pandemic putting a halt to dine-in customers the need to
diversify was evident as delivery sales couldn’t sustain the costs of
keeping the restaurant open. Atanaska also wanted to keep
their valuable staff in the business and make sure they had a fully
trained team by the time the restaurant was allowed to open
again for dine-in.

The Solution

We approached Atanaska with a set of 3 competitive virtual
brands that matched the market gap in the area, complete with
staff training and marketing. Atanaska was very impressed with
the quality of photography and minimal equipment needed. They
now have four of our brands live.
