What is Peckwater Brands?

Peckwater Brands offers delivery franchises to kitchen operators and is the fastest growing virtual brand company in the UK. Unlike other franchises, our virtual concepts are uniquely flexible: we work alongside your existing brand. We're fast to launch, with very little upfront cost, and no minimum contract length.

We provide existing kitchen operators with fully-serviced food concepts. This includes branding, platform listings, suppliers, recipes, packaging, staff training, and technology. This allows you to diversify your revenue streams and business turnover, and extract extra value from your kitchen and staff. You run the kitchen, we do the rest.

We bring together a passion for food and for new technologies and our aim is to change the way in which the food delivery sector operates.

A successful business will recognise and learn from mistakes, but never punish them. Instead, we recognise personal and professional victories and we celebrate them. Inputs can be victories, as can outputs.

We want everyone to share their opinion and challenge decisions that they don’t agree with. Passionate people fight for what they believe in. That said, anarchy is tiring - once the decision is made, we all back it up.
Data tips the debate.
At PWB we move fast and sometimes this means relying on experience and hypothesis. That’s okay. But when someone brings valid data to the debate, this wins.
We make it happen.
Speed matters, action is necessary. You won’t always get it right, you can’t always wait for clarity. We accept calculated risks and we believe that action is always better than inaction.
We improve what we have.
We consistently innovate to reduce operational burden and improve profitability. We never stop optimising what we do. We aim for simple, efficient solutions and we kill it if it’s too complex.
We never compromise our standards.
Our brand policies (safety, compliance, growth) are in place to protect our Customers and to ensure that they enjoy our product. Partners can change, but there's no substitute for Customer safety and happiness.
We maximise our impact.
We all deliver on our KPIs, and have discretion to work out how to do this. Prioritisation is important and begins with the individual. Don’t be a busy fool, focus first on what will have the greatest impact.
Consumer over profit.
Successful businesses obsess about their Consumers, not their margin. We can always find cheaper chicken, and we could probably increase prices. Both of these damage Consumer trust - this is unacceptable.
Profit over ego.
This team wants to get rich, not famous. We don’t need train station billboards to know our self-worth - invest only where the data tells you to, don’t waste money, and never chase vanity metrics.
