Our story

In 2019, our founders (Sam Martin and Leo Bradshaw) saw the food delivery market thrive while the rest of the hospitality industry struggled. They wanted to help food operators utilise this growth and keep their businesses profitable.

To do this, they worked with existing kitchens to launch a food-delivery service. These kitchens already had everything to make food for delivery — they just needed a way to maximise their capacity.

From there, Sam and Leo began working on a virtual franchising concept. Jump forward to today, and Peckwater Brands is helping 600+ food operators boost their income!

Co-founder and CEO

Sam Martin

Sam knows a thing or two about the hospitality industry. Before Peckwater Brands, he was the UK&I General Manager at Karma Kitchen, and before that as Head of Innovation at Uber Eats UK&I.

Sam brings all his experience and passion for the hospitality industry to his role as co-founder and CEO of Peckwater Brands. He’s always on top of industry trends and how we can stay ahead of the curve to best serve our partners.

Leo Bradshaw

Prior to Peckwater Brands, Leo was the Head of Strategy and Insight at ingenuity abm, a strategic advisory firm based in London. He has also worked as an Associate Director at Fairgrove Partners, where they provided strategy consulting and transaction support services to high net worth individuals and corporations. 

With a background in strategic advisory, Leo is behind the strategy and growth of Peckwater Brands. He brings new ideas and innovation to the table, steering us in the right direction and getting everyone on the same page.
