Peckwater Brands is a delivery franchise company offering fully-serviced food concepts. In other words, we help kitchen operators launch and grow their virtual brand to reach more customers and boost their income. Our services include designing branding, writing platform listings, working with suppliers, creating recipes, producing packaging, providing staff training, and giving you the technology you need to run an online delivery service. But what really sets us apart from other franchises is our flexibility. We work alongside your existing brand to bring our virtual concepts to life. You don’t have to hire new staff or get new equipment to work with us.

What is a virtual brand?

Virtual brands are restaurants that only exist online. An existing kitchen operator can use these brands to promote and deliver food through third-party delivery platforms. In our case, these are Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.

Who owns these virtual brands?

We create our virtual brands from scratch, meaning that we own them. We use data from delivery platforms across the globe to inform our branding (the style, imagery, menus, and so on) for local markets. You’ll use these brands to promote your food and manage your orders, but they’re all owned by us.

How do I start a virtual kitchen?

To get the ball rolling, submit an online enquiry. Then, we’ll reach out to find out more about you, your kitchen space, your resources, and your capacity. After gathering this information, we’ll help you find a virtual brand that’s right for your business and set the process in motion.

How much does it cost to launch a virtual brand?

Our pricing model is performance-based, meaning we only make money when you do. We take a small commission of your gross sales (which varies based on how many locations you have). We also have very little upfront cost and no minimum contract length.

How does a virtual kitchen work for an enterprise company?

When we partner with an enterprise company, we provide all the support and guidance for you to launch a food-delivery service from all of your kitchens. We give you the menu, recipes, train your staff, and help you set up a food-ordering system.

We’ll provide you with marketing materials and a dedicated account management team to provide support with anything you need. You’ll also have access to data dashboards, reports, and insights so you can see how your virtual brands are performing.
