Our onboarding process

Here’s how the onboarding process usually works (the specifics vary depending on your location, capacity, and other variables). 

Discuss your existing operations

First, you’ll talk to our sales team to discuss the logistics of running a food-delivery service from your existing kitchen. Then, we’ll do market research to find you the perfect virtual brands for your business.

Review our training materials

You’ll review all our training materials to prepare for the launch of your virtual brands. While you’re doing this, we’ll get your listings ready for delivery platforms, like JustEat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.

Run through the launch process

One of our skilled kitchen trainers will run through the entire launch process with you. We’ll make sure that you have all the equipment and ingredients you need to start your food-delivery operation.

Train your team

The final training takes place in your kitchen. We customise this training for your specific kitchen and the needs of your team. Generally, it covers how our tech works, what our menus include, and how to make the food.

Receive ongoing support

After launch, you’ll have access to 24/7 support from us - plus a dedicated performance executive to help you with operational needs.
