    We’re delighted to announce our Series A fundraise! A fundraise is never the goal, but it is the outcome of our strong past performance. This reflects 9 months of hard work by our brilliant team and restaurant partners since our Seed round, and that makes it a milestone worth celebrating.

    We have new investment from Stonegate Group - the UK’s largest pub company with 4,500 sites nationwide, and Japan’s SoftBank Investments.  These are fantastic partners, and we’re convinced that they are the right ones to help us on our growth journey.

    We’re equally proud to have received follow-on funding from existing backers Fuel Ventures and Pembroke VCT: nobody has a better understanding of our business, and it’s a huge vote of confidence in what we’re building.

    This latest funding round of £15m enables us to pursue our vision of transforming the way that restaurants, pubs, cafes - any venue with a kitchen - approach the delivery market. There are three main strands to this:

    UK Coverage

    We’re already the leader in the UK virtual brands market, with 175 outlets from Aberdeen to Plymouth. Watch this space… we intend to be the largest kitchen network of any kind in the UK within 2 years.

    Technology

    We’re building an operating platform to make sure our restaurant partners succeed in the  delivery market. From machine learning-generated menus, to localised operating benchmarks & pricing, our partners will have the tools to delight consumers every time. This will ensure they build market-leading delivery businesses!
